Why do most snacks (not the healthy type, the classics – M&Ms, Hershey’s, Reese’s, Nutella etc) range between 450-500kcal per 100g? It’s never 300 or 600, is there something around this 450kcal content?

I wasn’t always this way, but at my current age, I feel like I could live the rest of my life without eating another Reese’s peanut butter cup, m&m, or hersheys bar.

But when I saw the word *Nutella* my brain lit up with excitement.

I swear sugar is one of the hardest addictions to quit.
