Why do musicians wear headphones when recording film music but not when playing in orchestras or symphonies?

Often times they are hearing a click track(metronome) which keeps everyone together. This is important since the music has to be perfectly timed in soundtracks. In an orchestra the conductor has wider artistic freedom to slow and speed the tempos.
