Why do “organizations” value winning championships more than general sportive success although there is almost no “Championship monetary prize” or special rise in endorsements for winners?

what championship are you referring to? In almost every sport, here in America, there are huge bonuses in player’s contracts as well as for the organization if they win the championship. As well as special player bonuses for performances in those games.
