why do our bodies get hot when we move?

Since English is not my first language, here’s another take: wenn we run or do other kinds of sports, we get hot (and as a result, we sweat). Why is that?

When we move or do sport, our muscles use the sugars in our body as energy. The use of our muscles rubbing together, and also the sugars being converted to energy, create heat making us hot.

The reason why the body sweats, is to cool down our bodies. The sweat coming out of our body helps to bring out the heat. Then it helps cool us down further when the sweat dries.

The brain sends orders to rest of the body. The heart pumps faster to keep more blood to the limbs. Sweat serves refrigeration purposes.
