The sneezing reflexes controlled by your brain stem and when you sneeze it causes contractions in all of your muscles. The purpose of these muscle contractions isn’t to have your arm muscles or your leg muscles stiff or anything. It’s more to do with the sphinct their muscles that are in your butt yes but there’s also shrink their muscles in your stomach.
So the purpose of the muscle contraction is so you don’t vomit as well when you sneeze
