Why do people in Egypt now believe in Allah instead of their Egyptian Gods?

It’s not the same people. Egypt was conquered over many hundreds of years BC. Greek. Romans. Arab conquest etc. Over time the orignal eqgyptians were pushed out, bred out or whatever, and the whole thing changed. People, language, food culture etc.
