There’s been time where I’ve gotten so hungry I threw up and I want to know. Sorry if this is basic knowledge, im a teen and I’m honestly kinda dumb.

So cool, I’ve never experienced this.

I frequently fast for reasons of faith, 3 to 5 days of liquid only fasts are common for me.

The general experience for me is . . .

* Day 1, nothing but a bit of hunger.
* Day 2, bad breath as body gets rid of stuff, hunger declines.
* Day 3, less hunger, more clarity of thought.
* Day 4, I tend to get “testy” or grumpy (low blood sugar?)
* Day 5, back and forth between wanting to eat, and not wanting to eat.

Mostly the cause is a drop in blood sugar can cause symptoms of vertigo which can trigger nausea.

Also, bodies are as varied internally as they are externally, and some people just straight up have weird reactions to otherwise normal situations.

Crazy. I’ve always wondered why. I personally don’t. For me it’s the mouth feeling of something usually mushy, or the combination of savory and sweet that give me that feeling. However, mine are never really just signs or responses. They’re normally alerts to what is incoming. Downside of infrequent nausea I guess.
