Why do predators like Lions eat their prey butt first?

Basically as the title suggests.

They’ll take their prey down from the neck where possible to kill it but when it’s nomnom time they go towards the bumbum

The butt is probably the most readily available meat. I think a human’s glutes are the largest muscle group on the body. Grazing animals have very thin lower legs so most of the good muscle tissue is from the butt to the thighs.
