I’ve been trying a bunch of mouthwashes from several brands, and I’ve noticed even ones from the same brand will have different instructions, half specify 10ml for a minute, and the other half specify 20 ml for a minute, so I’m wondering does it matter? Is each mouthwash made with this in mind so one way or the other is more effective? I’ve also used one that had instructions for 15 ml/minute. And there’s only one I’ve tried that actually included a cap that doubled as a measuring cup, because I can’t discern at a glance if the amount I’ve poured out is too much of too little. Is the expectation that people will just get a little measuring cup for mouthwash? Sorry if the flair is wrong
