Ever make chocolate chip cookies? everybody uses the same ingredients, yet there’s a ton of variation in taste and texture. More flour makes it more cake like, more sugar makes them flatter and harder, more butter makes the softer, etc. that’s before we get to cook times and temperatures. Lots going on there.
