The quantity of those ingredients plays a huge roll in taste. Also, the quality of ingredients, cooking times, cooking processes, temperature, chill times and all other procedures during the creation play rolls in the flavor profile, even something simple like cooking in stainless steel instead of a copper pan can change the flavor profile.
