Because some places have better blood flow than other places, so can get around easier in the blood and deposit elsewhere.

Also due to cancer being from mutations in the DNA, every cancer is different. All cancers make the immune system not notice that they are wrong and to infinity grow, however some are more spreadable and grow faster.

Because every cancer is different based in how it forms. From what I remember there are about 11 mutations that are associated with cancer. For over the span of your life all of your cells will mutate ro some degree or another. If you’re unlucky enough to have a cell that accumulates 5 to 7 different mutations then congratulations you have cancer. Some of those mutations are more rare and each one causes something different to happen. A few of those speed up how fast the cell multiplies or makes it easier for it to get food or makes it immortal.

To make it simpler

Cancer is a card game everyone is playing
At some point you will be dealt cards because you’re getting older and you don’t have a choice. Your body don’t recognize that you don’t want those cards. When you collect enough cards you have cancer. Each card gives the cancer different power ups. Everyone is playing and no one knows which cards will be dealt or when.
