Anybody who’s taken them know what I’m talking about. Your pee a few hours later looks like highliter liquid.
I don’t know which exact B vitamin it is, but I know it’s part of the B complex pill I take.
Does anybody know why exactly this happens? Thanks

Because those vitamins have several times more than your body can do anything with, and the B family of vitamins are all readily filtered by your kidneys into your urine. This means that anything in excess of what your body can absorb goes into making expensive fluorescent stinky pee
