Why do we feel nauseous after hard workout?

exercises for a long time, why do they feel cold sweat and nausea and turn pale in serious cases? I’m not making any progress in exercise time because of this.

Exercising pulls blood away from the abdominal organs. Blood spent working muscles is blood spent not digesting. This upsets the stomach.

Also, not a trainer or anything but it sounds like you’re going a little bit too hard. You shouldn’t be going so hard you’re nauseous every workout.
