Am example: Say you just bought this game, you love it you play it for hours everyday then slowly you start to play it less and less until eventually you just don’t want to play it anymore

Look at his username… I got it before looking, but checked for confirmation.

Answer: nothing lasts. Appreciate it. Enjoy what’s good while it’s going. Scientifically enough, your body is done giving you the euphoric effect of processing (that) out of your system.

Can you please give an example?

Too much of anything and you’ll eventually burn out. Breaks and you-time are good for your body/mind. You used playing a game as an example, that’s happened to me many times with games I love, but simply just taking a break (a few days or weeks) and playing something else for a while or just not playing anything at all can do wonders and you’ll eventually make your way back to it; or, you won’t. I guess it depends on the game or whatever else it could be.
