why do we get goosebumps and that tingly feeling on our skin when we hear certain music?

It’s called frisson, there’s a wiki page about it but basically it’s the nervous system’s reward department coming into action because you hear a sound that you really like. Kind of the body’s way of expressing joy for the sound I guess.
