Headache can be a huge number of causes but the blurred vision is due to the focusing muscles in your eyes actually getting weak from the effort of working hard. Look up Medical eye dilation. All they have to do to get a really good view of the inside of your eye and check your base level prescription is a little drop of muscle relaxer in your eye. Your iris will go to max open, your focus will completely relax and you won’t be able to see anything but blur for hours after that.
It’s quite scary to realize that being able to see isn’t the relaxed state of your eye.
