Why do we only get acne on our face, back or chest and not on places like our hands, feet, arms or legs?

Because different parts of skin have different concentration of sebum glands. Face has a lot, and they can get overactive, blocked and inflamed. Hands and feed don’t have many (it’s not advancing the function of those parts to make them greasy) so they don’t get blocked and inflamed.

You absolutely can get acne on your legs and arms. Its just that your face and back are more oily.

People do definitely get acne on their arms/legs regularly ; and sometimes on their hands or feet. It’s just less common because the skin is different than on your face and trunk
