I remember in school, I was hit very hard on my thigh and I felt like throwing up and I also started to see black and white lol. What generates this type of sensation?

With that out of the way, it sounds like you might have experienced a vagal response. Whenever you experience stress, pain, or fear you can stimulate your vagus nerve. When stimulated, it can cause you to get nauseous or blackout.

Something happens, your body goes oh no thats not right! Then, your heart rate and blood pressure dip quickly. Now your body is like woah that’s a sudden change and symptoms occur.
