Because of the location of the impact. The butter (love that btw) is taking the hardest part of the head that’s accessible (that part on the forehead) and smashing it into the buttees face typically. You are taking a very hard object and smashing it into a very soft object. However if you were to hit the exact same spot on each other, it would strictly be up to pain tolerance of who would hurt worse.

Because the right way to do it is to use the crown on your head to smash the other guy’s nose.
