Every single time! I put half a sub in a zip lock and make sure I pack it so that I get all the air out, and then zip lock the bag. Then when I’m putting it in my backpack I notice a big bulge of air in the bag. What gives? Why does it happen so fast?
Individual circumstances may vary, but my guess is that you’re making your sammich from stuff in the fridge. There’s still some air in the bag (in the bread, etc.), and the sammit warms up, so does the air, it expands, and there’s your bulge.
