Why does all movement in zero gravity appear to look unnatural and stiff even when not in a suit ?

Also old NASA footage was shot at 12 to 16 frames per second. Many new shows take that footage and add extra frames and run it at 24 fps which makes it look weird. I’d rather have the old choppy video.
