Why does The caps of bottles like soda bottle or cold drinks opens up rotating anti clockwise and closes clockwise. Same is with any tube like toothpaste or any ointment.

It has to do with most people being right handed and those directions being the best for providing enough torque to open the container right handed with a twisting motion. It also matches the standard chosen for screws, which was chosen for similar reason.
