Why does drinking lemonade after eating churros or vice versa create a new (nasty?) taste?

Your taste buds are less sensitive to the amount of sugar in the other which changes the way you perceive the flavor a bit, but it also makes your mouth angry so it simulates other taste buds to spite you.
