So, years ago I attended a funeral. During this funeral my friend said a joke that made me laugh at a joke that wasn’t as funny as it should’ve been. Is this just me, or does this have a actual reason?
We not only laugh because we feel good, we also feel good when we laugh. During situations of down emotions, our brains are pretty desperate to get a burst of happiness so as to get a sense of balance back.
While maybe slightly inappropriate at times, it’s totally natural.
