I’ve got plenty of scars on my face from picking pimples I should have left alone. Resist the urge!
On a related note, I have a new piercing that got knocked hard and a pustule formed near the hole. It was sooo tempting to take a needle to it. Only thing that stopped me was my fear of losing my ear to infection. It eventually went away on its own and now there is just a regular piercing bump, sitting there ruining my aesthetic.
