My advice is: 1) gently clean the pimple with a cleanser or ivory soap works for me. Let it break up the dirt and oils in the clog. Nothing with moisturizers. This is the step people don’t do and it makes everything go smoother. Rinse well. 2) gently pop or use a sterile needle to pop the pimple. (If it takes effort or hurts, it is not ready and you are doing damage. Leave it alone.) 3) clean it with rubbing alcohol afterwards to prevent infection. This system helps my pimples heal super fast.
