You don’t give much information to go on but maybe this will help.
Our feeling of thirst is a very unreliable indicator of how much water we need. It’s not hard to get out of the habit of drinking enough water and believe we don’t need it. Thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Elderly people are often chronically dehydrated but don’t know it because they’ve lost their sense of thirst altogether.
Creating a habit of drinking 3 litres every 24 hours by drinking a small amount every hour or half hour (to allow maximum absorption) will help prevent many health problems.
