Capsaicin can be excreted, so spicy in, spicy out.

You can also have a very active fecal colony going from something you ate and when you excrete, it will feel very warm and often carry that ‘hot shit’ smell. This happens as some of the reactions which occur in our colon are exothermic and sometimes they kick into high gear. You can also feel this when passing gas as it will feel thermally hot as it comes out.
