Why does laughing so hard/too hard hurt our Brains/heads?

Recently I laughed so hard that I thought my head was going to explode. What makes our head/brains feel that way? And what happens if we “don’t stop” laughing so hard?

When you laugh hard you are using a LOT of facial muscles, including some that wrap all the way around your head. These muscles being engaged puts pressure on the skull. This is how we get tension headaches (Not laughing specifically, usually muscles more in the neck being engaged in the same way and putting pressure on the skull.)
