Im just gonna say, this isnt true for everyone. Im more likely to cry because im pissed off than anything else. Especially if that anger comes with adrenaline.

Isn’t it just about a release of that emotion?

When you release happiness, you might smile or laugh (and sometimes cry). Anger, you growl, grunt, scream, punch (and some people do cry in anger). Fear, you have an adrenal response/release, etc etc.

Everyone releases emotions differently.
