Smoking dehydrates you, water is good for your skin. not replenishing this dehydration will eventually make your skin crack. I have a colleague that is bad a drinking water, but is vegan, very healthy and active. her skin is wrinkeled as fuck almost looks like shes a smoker. Dehydration is bad for ya.
