Why does sneezing feel so much better than not sneezing?

Like if I have to sneeze and I do it feels a lot more satisfying than if I have to and I lose it

Your body tells you to sneeze because there are irritants in the nose, like dust. Sneezing feels satisfying because you’re removing irritants, kinda like scratching an itch, but with a blast of air.
