Why does the body still feel like it’s moving when in bed after going on a boat or amusement park ride during the day?

It’s a combo of senses, including your ears/eyes that got used to trying to orient/balance you in a continuously changing environment during the day. Your brain takes a little time to realize it can chill out and doesn’t need to be constantly making fine motor adjustments to deal with that anymore/anticipate constant movement.
