why does the moon change colors? Why is it once red, once blue, ir white? Is the same color seen from all over the world at the same time?

It’s a combination of factors, but almost all of them are atmospheric and have nothing to do with the moon itself.

Dust and other things in the air will make moons red, white is the most normal color as the moon is a dusty grey, and blue moons are just two full moons in the same month. Good with a slice of orange.
