why does the wind pull my window blinds in?

I’m on the fifth floor of my building and is facing east. The wind is blowing east, but my blinds is being “sucked into” the window when it’s open.

Your face of the building is on the backside of the wind, it’s a low pressure spot, air rushes in from the sides of the building to fill that space, so fast that the pressure is enough to move your blinds
