Why does your body click or crack when you move in a certain way? And does it mean there is something wrong with a body part of it is in the same area each time? What is actually clicking/cracking?

Not necessarily something wrong, it’s mostly just gas bubbles between your articulations that get released or pop when you move stuff. There are cushions between your limbs and bones and when you push your fingers in a certain direction you don’t usually push them, well that’s where bubbles accumulate.

(It’s a guess from memory, go google it)

There are tiny bubbles of gas trapped in the synovial fluid between joints.

When you move the joint, they sometimes escape rapidly, making a popping sound.

It’s usually nothing to worry about, but if it’s excessive or it hurts, or simply if it worries you, see a doctor.
