Why every game requires different specs even tough they almost look the same?

Well for starters, they don’t look the same. But even if they did, graphics aren’t the only thing that determines requirements. Something with an open world would need more cpu, something with a lot of action may require more RAM,etc.
Game hardware requirements are mostly just a guessing game. The producers will test their games on various hardware configs and note the performance. But every ones PC is a little bit different. So different game producers will have different requirements.
There’s also the fact that some game engines are more efficient than others. As well as the number of AI bots, how big the maps are, how detailed the 3D models are, etc. These play a big factor in estimated hardware requirements.
