Blue tint prevents glare, so the person operating the big powerful machine can see what they’re doing. It also blocks UV, so the person sitting in the cab all day doesn’t get sunburn or eye damage, AND it blocks out some infrared so the cab stays cooler.

When people are operating heavy equipment, it’s pretty important to make them comfortable so they aren’t distracted or impatient. We want them making good decisions. 🙂
