Why is it easy or painless to spin in circles or headbang when you’re a kid, but much harder when you’re older?

A bit of it has to do with the square cubed law, which results in exponentially more stress on the muscles and limbs as you get bigger. It’s why monkey bars are super easy for children, but even stronger adults have to expend a bit of effort to get across.
