I’ve been working at McDonald’s for almost 9 months now, and any shifts longer than 4 hours, my feet start to hurt.
I am overweight, Last time I checked it was 230lbs. But I have heard of similar complaints from coworkers and people online.
Is it the case of too much of a good thing? (Being active and about)

I have got high, rigid arches, and I used to have to work 12 hour shifts in a factory for my tuition…
I was 5 foot six and max 160 pounds at the time, so I doubt it was my weight, and I’m pretty sure it was my feet.
i’ve also heard of people having issues with their flat feet, which is literally the opposite problem of mine, lol.
