Why is it required to turn the sound bar up to 60+ on some streaming services/shows whereas others work fine at 15-20?

I only experience that with illegal streams, sometimes they’re super quiet and the next episode will blow out the speakers. No explanation for except that it’s probably something the uploader did to the file.
