Why is it that in this video (link in the text) you don’t see the light coming from Sgr A*’s accretion disk?

There is significant amounts of gas and dust between Earth and Sgr A*, which is very good at absorbing many wavelengths of light including visible light.

The only observations of the accretion disk have been in the radio spectrum, which travels through this gas quite easily.
