He was defeated in the end but he literally had all of Europe allied against him. And even then it was close.
lets take a look at the battles of Ulm and Dresden, the 6 day campaign and his escape at the Berezina…
Well lets see… he took a country that had just spent years kicking its own ass, and turned it into an army that took nearly ALL of the rest of Europe and a good part of Asia to beat. I think that’s pretty impressive.
