I have read that the beer called “4 pine vostok”, from the 4 pine brewery, has been specifically created to be used in space to be safe for astronauts.
Why is is not safe for astronauts to drink regular beer?

It’s a fire hazard. It is very advisable to not have sparking things in a confined space. There are likely a number of things that can start a fire and there’s not exactly many options for escape in space. Not to mention the smoke and particles that would need to be filtered out by the systems.
