Why is there no seat-belts on trains?

I’m currently traveling on a high-speed train and I’ve noticed that there is no single seatbelt on it. Why is this? Aren’t trains exposed to the same dangerous factors as cars?

because a train usually maintains a constant speed people don’t notice much that the train is traveling at such a fast speed and you get used to the speed. You can just move around in the train without falling over unless, for example, the train brakes (hard) at the station. you can’t get seriously injured on a train. Also not by other traffic (cars, bike-riders, etc.)
