Why so many popular Romanian singers (INNA is greatest example) sing their songs in spanish instead of Romanian language?

Because it’s a very closely related language, it’s pretty easy to learn for a Romanian speaker.
Spanish music sells globally because Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages (both natively and as a second language) so there are plenty of people who will be able to understand it.
It’s a bit like how a *lot* of songs are released in English by artists whose first language isn’t English (INNA included!) English is an easy language to sell music in across the world.
I don’t know if there are a lot of cultural links between Romania and the Spanish speaking world, but it wouldn’t surprise me if that’s a factor too.
