whats to explain?

earthquakes happen mainly at techtonic plate boundries, anything near one is more likely to get an earthquake,

earthquakes cause tsunamies, so anything with an ocean coast facing an earthquake zone is a higher risk of those

huricanes are made by specific ocean conditions, anywhere downwind of a place that frequently gets those conditions is at high risk of those

floods are caused by too much water, anywhere down hill of a high rain place is at higher risk of those

wildfires need dry plants to spread, anywhere with lots of dry plants is at risk of those.

all of them are pretty intuative, find the cause of the disaster, anywhere with that is at high risk of said disaster
