Why speed runs say any% but they do 100%

Well, 100% *is* technically any%. It’s even more impressive if a speedrunner can do 100% of the game (that’s getting *all* collectibles, doing all side missions, etc.) faster than a person who did an any% speedrun. It means they accomplished more in less time.
