Both surgeries are related to blockage of blood vessel. I understand brain structure is much complex compared to heart and there is fundamental difference on effect of blockage of brain vessel and heart vessel on various organs. But given medical advancements, why the success rates of brain hemorrhage surgeries are very less compared to bypass surgeries.

Brain hemorrhage is not a blockage of a blood vessel, it’s a brain bleed. Depending on the hemorrhage, you can have ischemic damage (damage from lack of oxygen) or structural damage (I’ve heard it described as shooting a bowl of Jello with a fire hose).
In any case, clot surgeries and hemorrhage surgeries are basically on opposite ends of the spectrum.
